The Clear Skin Reset is operated by The Clear Skin Reset in Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Messages. If you email clearskinresetguide@gmail.com or reply to your Gumroad receipt email, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
- Purchases. Payments and downloads are handled by Gumroad. We receive your name, email address and details of the purchase, such as the date, amount and country. We never see your card or payment details.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and give support.
- To deliver the guide and process refunds.
- To keep sales and tax records as the law requires.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We only send you marketing email if you have asked us to. Purchase receipts and download links are sent through Gumroad.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that run the site and the purchase: Gumroad (payments, delivery and receipts, under its own privacy policy), and our website host. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as needed to answer you and deal with any follow-up. We keep sales records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to our legal record-keeping duties. Send your request by emailing clearskinresetguide@gmail.com. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you have a concern we have not resolved.
Children
This site is aimed at teens and young adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before buying or contacting us.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
