By buying or using The Clear Skin Reset (the "Guide") or this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not buy or use it.
1. What you are buying
The Guide is a digital PDF. It is sold through Gumroad, and Gumroad's terms apply to the payment. The price, and any taxes, are shown at checkout. Your download link is delivered after purchase, so please make sure the email address you enter is correct. To buy, you must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
2. Your licence
When you buy the Guide you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, post online, redistribute, or copy substantial parts of it, or let others use your copy. All rights in the Guide remain with us.
3. Refunds
Our 7-day money-back guarantee is described in the Refund Policy.
4. Health and safety
The Guide is general education about acne and skin care. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose any skin condition, and does not replace advice from a doctor, pharmacist or other qualified professional. Speak to a professional before starting any treatment, especially if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy, take medication, have a skin or medical condition, or have severe, painful or scarring acne. Prescription treatments should only be used under professional supervision. Stop using any product that causes severe irritation or an allergic reaction. You use the Guide at your own risk. Results vary and are not guaranteed, and the Guide does not promise to cure acne.
5. Using the website
Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The Guide and site are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or loss resulting from following the Guide, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Guide. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
