Read the guide and put it to work. If it doesn't give you a clear, science-based plan you can follow, request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email clearskinresetguide@gmail.com, or reply to the receipt email Gumroad sent you after your purchase (check your spam folder if you can't find it).
- Do this within 7 days of buying.
- Write "Refund request" at the start of your message.
We aim to process requests within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad, and your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.
Problems with your download
If you can't open the file or didn't receive your link, email clearskinresetguide@gmail.com or reply to your Gumroad receipt email and we'll fix it or resend it. Check your spam folder first, since receipts sometimes land there.
Duplicate purchases
If you were charged twice by mistake, email clearskinresetguide@gmail.com and we'll refund the extra purchase.
